Carpet Cleaning

Using our unique 5-step cleaning process, we will work to the best of our abilities to return your carpets to their original, clean and bright condition.
Here's what we do:
Pre-Vacuum: We always pre-vacuum your carpets to help remove any loose dirt that may be sitting on the surface. 
Pre-Spray: We completely spray all areas of your carpet that are to be cleaned, not just the stains or high traffic areas.
Agitation Cleaning: We make use of industrial-purpose carpet machines with three rotating heads for separating out even more dirt from your carpet.
Extraction: This process is also known as 'steam cleaning'. Here, we use a clean hot water rinse process to remove the suspended dirt particles and all remaining pre-spray solution from your carpets.
Grooming: This is our final touch. In this step, your carpet fibres will be properly set, allowing for optimal drying. This will also give your carpet a very clean, new look.
Our cleaning process is thorough and we strive to ensure the best carpet cleaning for you dollar. Cleaning time is dependent upon the size of the area required for cleaning. For example, using the five steps above, an area of 600 square feet may take between 2 and 3 hours. After the job has completed, we strongly advise that you allow a minimum of 4 hours drying time before returning to regular use.

There are many different materials used to make upholstery and each one has its own cleaning technique. Cleaning time for upholstery is generally quick.
The average cleaning time for 1, three-seater sofa is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Smaller pieces may take 30 minutes each.
